I am sure if we get much more rain and wind, and this is the second hurricane or should I say ex hurricane to fly across the pond on the jet stream, this island will either sink, float or bash into Europe, or float across the pond, either way it’s been another very wet month.
I found this post started but not finished from January, I suppose you could say better late than never, it’s one of my favourite bookmark patterns Flowering Quatrain bookmark by Joelle, link to her Blog
I used Lizbeth thread no 20 Paint brush, unfortunately some threads just don’t do justice to a pattern and this is one of them,
Stay dry and walk between the rain drops
Margaret.
It's beautiful Margaret,love the colours
ReplyDeletePretty colours and pattern, but perhaps they don't do each other justice. Keep dry!

I agree, some thread colors just don't work well with certain patterns. My preference is tonal or solid threads for bookmarks.
ReplyDeleteLovely Margaret, always nice to see what you have created too.
ReplyDeleteThis flippin wind is driving me mad, so worried about what it does to the property, be glad when it calms down abit. xx
I agree, this colourway hides the beautiful design of the bookmark. Hope you have pleasant weather soon!
