CD Sunday Challenge - Anything goes # 102

Hi,

It’s time for another challenge at the CD Sunday,  as usual it’s anything goes, as long as it from a CD, USB or digital material,  the host this fortnight is Jo

For my card I have used a download rocker card from Craftsuprint.com,  it’s an assortment of wildlife in an English countryside.  It was very fussy cutting around the animals and then decoupage some of the animals.  I enjoyed making the card,  and it does rock.

CD Sunday Plus challenge has a Facebook page for those who would like to enter the challenge and do not have a blog,   here is a link to the page

I hope you will visit the CD Sunday Plus Challenge site, and remember if you want to enter the challenge you must use something from a CD, USB or digital material no matter how small and let us know where and what you used the material from,   and that it is a card or a project.    Here is a link to CD Sunday Plus Challenge blog  we would be pleased to see you.

I hope you are having a lovely weekend

Paisley Snowflake

 Hi,

At last some gorgeous sunshine for the second day,  buts it’s very cold and minus at night,  this is the Paisley Snowflake which is apt as we did have some snowflakes yesterday and the forecast keeps saying snow,

I really enjoyed this snowflake which is a pattern by Muskaan,  I will be making some more by next Christmas,   I used Lizbeth thread no 20 on white.  Link to Muskaan Blog,  at the moment they are doing a tat along doily for January,   But I have decided not to join in,  as we are going away.

Hope the sun is shining where ever you are and it’s a bit warmer than here,

Tatted Daisy and Butterfly Bookmark

 Hi,

Before Christmas I was asked to make a bookmark in green and blue,  in a certain pattern,   I know I had a copy for this pattern,  but I could not find it,  no.  I asked on a tatting group on Facebook and within half an hour Sue found it and let me have a copy.  Thank you Sue.

I used Lizbeth no 20 Countryside thread,  which is variegated blue and green,  this pattern has split rings so it’s not really possible to use two colours so this thread was idea.

The pattern is called Daisy and Butterfly bookmark by Jeanne L Lugert

CD Sunday challenge - Anything goes # 101

 Hi,

Happy New year this is the first challenge of 2023,   I hope everyone had a good christmas and going to enjoy the challenges this year.  We went away for new year and now have flu, a good start for the year not.  As usual is anything goes as long as its from a CD, USB or digital material,  The host this fortnight is Pamela.

For my card I used Art Deco Decadence CD by Debbi Moore  for the image and backing paper,  The flow die is from Printable Heaven,  and the leaves are from Leafy Flouirsh signature collection from Crafter Companion.   The flower is a large petal in red card with gold glitter around the outside,  and the gold middle and gold matted card is from Hunkydory gold bush card,  I added a red/gold ribbon,  and a red feather,

CD Sunday Plus challenge has a Facebook page for those who would like to enter the challenge and do not have a blog,   here is a link to the page
