Happy St George’s Day

Hi,
Happy St George’s day, patron saint of England,   many countries have a day off for their patron saints but not us.  It’s just another working day.  Over the years it’s been suggested that today is a bank holiday but our government has not given it,  perhaps one day maybe not in my lifetime.

So to all my English followers and visitors today Happy St George’s day.

    Years ago we had a children's book called St. George and the Dragon it was a great story and beautiful pictures, is this the same one? I remember you all celebrating this day before and always wanted to tat a dragon and a knight but never remember it till you mention it and not sure if I got the right story?
