CD Sunday challenge - # 53 Anything goes

 Hi,

Its time for another challenge at the CD Sunday challenge blog,  We are still in lockdown but of course we can still craft,  this fortnight its Jocelyn's turn to host,.

My card for this challenge I used an image from the Plain sailing pad by Hunkydory and used a backing paper from Click, Print and Go CD by My craft studio.  I matted the image onto a dark blue card and finished off the card with corner peel offs.

CD Sunday Plus challenge has a Facebook page for those who would like to enter the challenge and do not have a blog,   here is a link to the page

I hope you will visit the CD Sunday Plus Challenge site, and remember if you want to enter the challenge you must use something from a CD, USB or digital material no matter how small and let us know where and what you used the material from,   and that it is a card or a project.    Here is a link to CD Sunday Plus Challenge blog  we would be pleased to see you.

I hope you are having a lovely weekend

Finished advert calendar tatting

 Hi

Yes it’s finished

This is my latest tatting project which I have just finished, their are seven different coloured threads, five different coloured beads in the flowers, it is now ready to frame. It was a tatting advent calendar project on facebook, each day (24 days). we were given a different flowers, butterfly, leaves, or piece of a basket. I was behind with the tatting and finished tatting early january, and since then I have been sewing the flowers etc onto a piece of cotton. I did add two more butterflies and some more green pieces to fill in the spaces were flowers would not fit.
I used Lizbeth thread no 20 in the following colours white, Christmas red, maple butter, Christmas greens mix, Christmas green and Cranberry bush. There are five different colours of beads which I sewed into the flowers.

As we are still in lockdown this could be a lockdown project and I have some more things to do hopefully finish before we get back to normal.

Stay safe and well where ever you are in the world.

This is my first christmas card of the year and I chose the image and backing paper from Magical Christmas Moments CD by Cupcake crafting.  I matted the image onto red card,  the foliage was cut from various dies from Winter wonderland seasonal sprigs by Crafter Companion and Poinsettia die set by Debbi Moore using the holly leaves,  I finished off the card with red ribbon.

CD Sunday Challenge - # 51 Anything goes

Hi,

Our first challenge of the new year,  as usual it is anything goes and we hope to see you all again this year with your gorgeous designs.  This fortnight the challenge is hosted by Wynn.

For my card,  I used an image from Hunkydory Plain sailing mini booklet,  and I used a backing paper from Chick Print and go CD from My Craft Studio. I added a another top layer on the card of the bottle and sailing boat,  I matted the image onto blue holographic card,  finished it off with a white ribbon down the side and corner peel offs.  I do recommend this mini booklet from Hunkydory there are some beautiful designs in it and perfect for male cards.
