Cd Sunday Challenge - Sun or, Sea or Sand

Hi,
Another CD Sunday Challenge,  this fortnight its Wynn's turn to pick the challenge and shes picked Sun or Sea or Sand.  For this challenge I went for  the Sea.
I used Something for everyone CD by La Pashe for the image and the backing paper is Joanna Sheens CD The Pamela West collection.  I matted the image onto silver glitter card,  used peel off dolphins and a gingham ribbon.  with a happy birthday in silver peel offs.  Just a simple card for this challenge this time.

CD Sunday Challenge - Things with Wheels

Hi,

This is a scheduled post as I am in Greece,  I will be  thinking of you on the beach in the sun.
Anyway this fortnight its Carol Choice and its things with wheels,  I used the La Pashe CD Something for Everyone,  and the BMX Bikes image which I decoupaged and the no 2 backing paper that went with the image,  I thought I would use a round card as its for a wheels challenge.  I matted the card onto a maroon card and also a Happy Birthday banner as well,  and then finished off the card with silver peel offs and corner pieces.  I great card I think for a male birthday.

CD Sunday Challenge - Hot Hot Hot

Hi,
Another fortnight has gone by and now its my job is to choose the winner from the last challenge which was my challenge.  Now its a new challenge and it Hot Hot Hot by Jocelyn.  I am not sure if this is what Jocelyn had in mind but this is what came in my mind when I saw the list.
I used for the backing paper Something for Everyone Cd By La Pashe, Fireman background no 3.
 The corset is a peel off by Starform which I have stitched with gold thread, threaded with matching velvet ribbon,  added some white lace around the top and red feathers at the bottom.  It was then matted on a black embossed base,  with a small matching ribbon bow.
Finished off with the words I'm Hot  in gold peel offs.

CD Sunday Challenge - Songs from the Movies

Hi,
This fortnights challenge on the CD Sunday Challenge site is songs from the movies.  It took a lot of thinking about and in the end I came up with this card,  I hope you like it.
We have a 50th wedding anniversary coming up that we have to give a card to and when I saw this image well this card is what you could say is killing two birds with one hit,
The image comes from La Pashe CD Something for everyone and the song is from the movie Titanic I think you might have already got there - My Heart will go on.
The image and the backing paper have come from the same CD,  I matted the image on gold card,  cut gold hearts from the same card,  used two beautiful die cuts that were sent to me by friends,  thank you  they are beautiful dies,  gold ribbon behind the bottom dies cut and gold ribbon bow and pieces in the spray of flowers.

CD Sunday Challenge - Rock Star

 Hi,
The weather today is a little warmer hoping the summer will come back,   its been fairly cold for the end of July beginning of August.   Its a year today that I buried my Mother,  time has flown its only seems like yesterday.
Today this is my card for the CD Sunday Challenge,  this fortnight its Rock Star,  after looking at my CD's I came up with this image from the Something for Everyone La Pashe CD.  The backing paper is from the image as well,   I cut the front in half so the image sits in the middle of the front side,   the music die cut I brought at the parchment show in Bristol this year.  I finished off the card with my own computer generated birthday words and gold peel off's in the corners.  I hope you like my card.

Happy Wedding Anniversary

 Hi,
Today is our wedding Anniversary,  it does not seem like 12 years since we got married,   they have flown by.
I love these images,   so I thought I would give him a taste of years to come.   I have used these La Pashe images from the CD Something for everyone.
I matted the images onto silver card, looks black in the sunlight but it is silver.
I used a flourish and yellow roses and yellow ribbon bows,  with a yellow rose and yellow bow at the top of the card,  and finished it off with silver peel off's.
We are going out tonight for a meal,   its been a hard month and I think we deserve a meal out.
Hope he likes the card,   I put a few words inside just reminding him this will be us in years to come.

Just a few simple cards

 Hi,
When I was ill I treated myself to two CD's from La Pashe,  they were on offer and the best time to buy is when they are on offer.
I just wanted to see how the images would look on cards and I made these few cards from the CD's for my table yesterday.
Just a few quick and simple cards they speak for themselves really so no need for me to write much.

 I think they came out quite well,  they have a lot of brilliant images, and  they were really a good buy and I recommend them.
The CDs are Flippin Families and Something for everyone.
