This is gorgeous Margaret. I can only crochet squares. What a beautiful card embellishment this would make.

this is so pretty,xx
ReplyDeleteThe heart is lovely... I have only just come across this craft, I was looking for embellishments I can make myself, particular for baby announcement cards, maybe a little pram or so... I was thinking about crochet but really wanted something more elegant that I can do without having to strain my eyes... could this be it? I was wondering, how long does it take you as an experienced tatterer to do one of those hearts for example?

DeleteNice to see a new lady leaving me a comment, Tatting is an type of lace art. I have been tatting over 40years, If you want some information about learning tatting, please e-mail me and I will give plenty of information.
Your question I did not time myself making the heart but around an hour I think.
