Inspired by Nature

 Hi,
From a very cold and wet Somerset,  the sun has been shining today but with all the flood water and yet more rain forecasted for next week its going to time for life in parts of Somerset to get back to normal.  Today I bring you my card for two challenges this week,
On the CD Sunday Challenge blog its Inspired by Nature link here  and I am also entering this card into the Joanna Sheens Challenge Blog Anything goes excluding Christmas link here
Well this week I have used Joanna Sheens CD called The Pamela West Collection,   I love this CD its full of some wonderful images and it was hard to choose but in the end I used this bridge,    I used the backing paper from the image, and then 3d the image using one corner of the picture to layer it up.
The pink and white roses on a flourish with gold peel off butterflies and gold peel off corners to finish off the card.
I have heard that my friend Janette is ill I do hope you get better soon, I am missing you on blogger.
Until we meet again take care and hope you are staying dry and not flooded out.
Hugs
Margaret

  1. Oh, that's funny. I love the title of your blog and that you've got a bridge with WATER on the card!!!! That amused my puerile sense of humour. Keep dry in spite of the weather.

  2. Another stunning card Margaret. I love this Cd as well and have used some of her images printed on parchment. I see you have a die cut. If you need any more let me know. I have quite a selection of dies now. Have had to buy a Big Shot as my arm can't cope with the Calibur.
Thank you for your continued support.

  3. I love this card! Everything from the background, the 'framing', the flowers and the butterfly go together so well. Very, very nice, Margaret.
Hope the sun stays around to dry up some of that rain. Hugs
