Hi,
Time for another challenge from the CD Sunday Challenge blog, this time it was Carol who choose Up Up and Away.
I did like making this card for the background I use the CD Klever Konstruction - on the shelf once in a lifetime volume one, by the time I put the image on I lost a bit of the clouds but they are there sky with clouds.
The image I stitched in various colours, I got the image from Pinterest, which I used a fancy pair of scissors to cut around and matted on a miri card. I finished off the card with peel offs lines around, its ages since I did any stitching I really enjoyed it, I think I must do some more stitching.
A simple CAS card for a change.
CD Sunday challenge now has a Facebook
page for those who would like to enter the challenge and do not have a
blog, here is a link to the page
I hope you will visit the CD Sunday Challenge site, and remember
if you want to enter the challenge you must use something from a CD no matter
how small and let us know which CD you used. Here is a link to CD Sunday
Challenge blog we would be pleased to see you.
I hope
you are having a lovely weekend
Hugs
Margaret

Such fun!
ReplyDeleteI love the colour of the threads you've used Margaret, especially the multi-coloured one. I've 'dabbled' with stitching on cards, I like the effect it gives.

I love card embroidery Margaret, both the therapeutic effect of stitching it, and the visual effect when it's finished, and you've used it to great effect on this lovely card.
