CD Sunday Challenge - Anything goes # 62

 Hi,

As I write this its a beautiful day here in Somerset,  This fortnight our challenge as usual is Anything goes as long as its from CD, USB or a digital material,  This challenge is hosted by Jo.

My card for this challenge is from Magical Christmas Moments CD by Cupcake  crafting,  I used the image and the matching backing paper,  matted the image onto silver card,    The Ivy die is by Joanna Sheen and the Holly die cuts were free from Die cutting magazine,  I placed three gems on the holly die for the berries, finishing off with a christmas peel off.

CD Sunday Plus challenge has a Facebook page for those who would like to enter the challenge and do not have a blog,   here is a link to the page

I hope you will visit the CD Sunday Plus Challenge site, and remember if you want to enter the challenge you must use something from a CD, USB or digital material no matter how small and let us know where and what you used the material from,   and that it is a card or a project.    Here is a link to CD Sunday Plus Challenge blog  we would be pleased to see you.

CD Sunday Plus Challenge # 17 Summer Holidays - Prize challenge

Hi,
Welcome to another challenge for the CD sunday plus challenge and this fortnight we are doing a Summer Holidays special of which there will be a prize.  I am hosting the challenge this fortnight.
We have news at CD Sunday,  there will now be a significant difference to this,  and all future challenges,  because the team is taking this opportunity to tell you that they decided that in order to move more with the times we will have digital downloads, USBs and
CDs as permitted source material.  Therefore from now on we will be known as CD Sunday Plus.
As before we will still need to know where the material used came from so please include this in your project description wherever possible.
Generally we will continue with our Anything Goes themes but sometimes we may throw something with a twist just to add some variety or celebrate an occasion.

For my card I used Art Deco Summer Moments Cd by Debbi Moore,  this is a beautiful CD.  It is a similar card I did for the her competition a back in June,  but this card I did her dress in pink,  again using the background that went with her.
I did a spray using the Ivy die by Joanna Sheen,  added a feather (which I forgot on the competition card)  pink ribbon and some pink ribbon roses from stash.  To finish off I glittered the trees.

Competition card

Hi,

The competition has closed so now I can show you the card I made for the Birthday competition at Debbi Moore,
For this card I used the Summer Moment CD by Debbi Moore for the image and the beautiful scerny at the back of her.  I added a gem on her tie on the dress,  a spray of Ivy from the Joanna Sheen ivy die,  some ribbon and flowers to tie in with the colours of the card,   with some glitter glue on the topiary trees and ivy with a spot on her eyes.
I'm pleased with this card

Margaret

Update this card was a runner up in the competition.  Thank you for your lovely comments

CD Sunday Challenge - Cool Colurs

Hi,
Time for another challenge at the CD Sunday Challenge.  this fortnight its Jocelyn's turn to choose and she has chosen Cool colours.
For my card I used Winter Faerie Poppets CD by Crafters Companion,  for both the image and backing paper,  I matted the image on silver card.    For the spray I die cut some white ivy leaves from Joanna Sheens Signature dies,  and Creative Poinsettia die for the flowers in white and silver,   I  used a white feather,  pale blue ribbon and pale blue gems for the middle of the poinsettias
I added silver star sequins and a pale blue bow to finish off the card  and silver peel offs.

CD Sunday Challenge - No Pattern Papers

Hi,
That fortnight went quick and here we are another CD Sunday Challenge this time its Meg's turn to choose and its No Pattern Papers.
For this challenge I used an image from the Pamela West CD by Joanna Sheen,  I matted the image onto purple card matching the colour of the flowers, I used an ivy die by Joanna Sheen placed on opposite corners of the image in the same cream card.
The image was put on an embossing folder by Couture Creations - Extra Loren from the Elegance Collection on cream card, I used a pink card as a base,  in the image there is a splash of pink which matched the base card, finished off with a matching ribbon down the side, and three matching gems.
I have not decided what occasion I will use the card for so it has been left blank for now.
