Pillowcases

Hi,

A few months ago a friend gave me a pillowcase kit,  the kit had thread and two printed pillowcases.  During the heatwave it was just too hot to knit so I started the embroidery of the pillowcase number one.
Its a nice cotton material although its a lot more work than it looks,  I'm using two strands of embroidery silk,  its very fine work. with a lot of detail.
This picture was taken a few weeks ago so there's a little more done.
I will update my progress as I carry on,  its a bit slow at the moment
                                       Hugs

  1. Very pretty Margaret.
When I was about ten years old I loved to embroider pillow cases and handkerchiefs. Now I am 72 and still embroidering and painting :)
