Hi,
This is my last christmas card and as always its for my Husband, as we have a Robin in the garden I thought this pair of Robins would be nice, he likes Robins. I think this image is off the Joanna Sheens Enchanted Christmas CD, the backing paper was free from a magazine no idea which now, I matted it all on red miri board, put gold peel off's to finish it off, With thanks to Suzanne who made these die cuts for me, and I place white gem stones in the middle of the poinsettia and the ribbon is from Joanna Sheens on line shop. We exchanged cards this morning to which he gave me a beautiful Christmas card.
If you are blog hopping please pop over to Suzanne blog link here she has posted the snowflakes I sent her in her tree and they are looking lovely, thank you Suzanne for showing them.
Tomorrow I have the final snowflakes so if you have time please pop over and have a look.
Until we meet again take care and if you coming to the South West please don't bother the railways are stopping at Taunton. The rails lines to Cornwall and Devon are not working due to flooding, landslides, many roads are flooded, so if you are travelling please take care.
There is more rain forecasted for the South West tonight we still have a lot of amber warnings in force for flooding, and many rivers have brust there banks.
Hugs
Margaret
Vernon's card is beautiful! I've not tried my hand at card making. I'm not sure I have the imagination for it, so I'll just admire yours!
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry to read about the harsh weather and flooding. It's hard to imagine with the dry, cold weather we're having here.
I hope you have a very Merry Christmas!
I've never made a card-unless you count as a child but yours are pieces of art and inspiring!
