January cards

 Hi,

Yes today is the 1st February but the title says January cards,  so far this year I have made two cards,  and as I you know I am late posting anything.

The first card as above is from Debbi Moore’s Gnomes side scene  dimensional kit,  I have made a few from this kit and here is another one,  I do love this kit and gnomes are so in at the moment,  I made this one as a birthday card,

No 2

This card I entered in a competition on Facebook,  DM delights cardmaking group,  it’s a group that uses Debbi Moore’s images etc only.   This card is from a kit called Birds of a Feather,  it’s a fairly new kit and it’s the first card I have made from it,  the competition was called Spring,  and I made this card as a new home card,  I do like the spring flower images with the bird house.

I have no doubt you will see a lot more cards made with these kits in the future,

Please if you are doing a rain dance could you stop here in Somerset we have enough water and flooding,  we really do not need anymore rain,  can you do a sun shine dance instead,

Happy birthday Vernon

Hi,

Today is my husband’s  birthday,  he’s got a busy day ahead of him as we are going to meet his sister half way in Devizes  for a meal,  tomorrow is his other cataract op.

Tomorrow he has his cataract operation on his other eye,  at least it will be all over by Christmas,  four weeks of timed drops,  no hoovering, bending, lifting, carrying,  or driving,  please can we have good weather and no snow I am not a snow driver,  I will be worn out by the end of four weeks looking after him.

I used Debbi Moore’s  gnomes side scene dimensional kit,  I love this kit it has something for everything, and I hope he likes his card.

Summertime

 Hi,

These two pictures were entered in a competition on Facebook,  they are downloads from Debbi Moore Gomes Side Scene Dimensional kit,

The top one is a gnome on the beach with a bucket and spade.

When I was printing out  the top card,  the printer decided that it did not want to print the card I also wanted and printed out the one below,  so as not to waste card,  I made both cards and entered them.

He is a gnome fishing on the beach,  either way they are both related to summer,  I hope you like them,  I do love this Gnome kit, and so far I have made four from it,  still a few more designs in the kit.

Have a lovely weekend.

CD Sunday challenge - anything goes #155

 Hi,

Spring seems to be in the air as I write this post for CD Sunday challenge,  March has come in like a lamb but no doubt it will go out like a lion,  the host for this fortnight is Jocelyn

For my card this fortnight I used a download from Debbi Moore called Gnome Side Scene dimensional kit,  I really enjoyed making this card,  there are a lot of little extras you can add to this scene,  I chose a few but not all of them,

CD Sunday Plus challenge has a Facebook page for those who would like to enter the challenge and do not have a blog,   here is a link to the page the challenge and do not have a blog,

I hope you will visit the CD Sunday Plus Challenge site, and remember if you want to enter the challenge you must use something from a CD, USB or digital material no matter how small and let us know where and what you used the material from,   and that it is a card or a project.    Here is a link to CD Sunday Plus Challenge blog  we would be pleased to see you.

Enjoy your weekend,
