Polish Doily from Craftree

Hi,

Just thought I would update you on the doily, as you can see I have done round four and five and this time I have used a shaded pink Cordonnet No 20,   I found this one in my draw of stock,  no idea when I brought it but it has a lovely shine on it,  and I did enjoy tatting with it.  I still have the ends to sew in but the light has not been since I got back from Sheffield.
We had good news from the hospital the fluid has gone,  the eyesight has improved and they don't want to see me for six months,   at least it will be spring when we do the journey again.  Just need to get rid of this cough and the remains of the flu.
I am now on round six,  from now on its lots of long chains.
Hope you are having a good day
                                    Hugs
                                 Margaret

  2. Looking good. I was working with an old thread last week and also noticed how much of a sheen it had. Good news about your eye, glad to hear that.

  6. The colors you've chosen go well together! I'm glad you received good news about your eyes. I'm hoping the sun shines again soon. I find it hard to accomplish much on dreary days.
