Hi,Do you remember this little play piece of interlocking rings that several of us were playing with some weeks ago
Well I liked my play piece and made it into earrings, its a simple pattern and I think it makes a nice pair of earrings, I did eight rings interlocking in a circle and then an outer chain with small rings with silver seed beads on the rings. I know it was a just a simple pattern but so far everyone seems to like them. I used Lizbeth thread, Peacock blues no 20.
These earrings will be in my Esty store when I get back.
I have some more ideas to play with the interlocking rings, I do like them and now I have mastered them I can extend more on the patterns.

ReplyDeleteOkay - I am in AWE! I cannot do this what you call SIMPLE pattern at all! I am so impressed with these little earrings, and more than envious as well. Gian says they would probably go very well with turkey giblets.

ReplyDeleteI also finally have more confidence doing these rings (took me weeks!), and have been totally obsessed with tatting them. They seem to be all over the house (LOL)! I've made a few pendants already and want to use beads, too!
